FeelAI Memory · Premium
The only affirmation app that knows more about you on day 200 than on day 1.
Every other app forgets you the moment you close it. FeelAI keeps a memory you can read, and uses it to write affirmations that could only have been written for you. It tells you why, under every one.
Free · mood only
“I can feel uneasy and still take the next small step.”
Premium · Anxious · note: “interview tomorrow”
You said the interview mattered because it is the first job you chose for yourself. That reason stays true whatever they decide.
Written for you because you told me why this job matters to you
How it learns
Four things feed it. Four things come back.
No black box. This is the actual loop the app runs, and every part of it is visible to you.
What feeds it
Three questions
What you value, what you are working on, what wears you down. Pick from suggestions or write your own.
Your notes
One line with a mood, like “presentation tomorrow, barely slept”. FeelAI reads it and remembers it.
Your replies
Answer a check-in and FeelAI extracts what helped, what triggered you, how a goal is going.
Pattern review
Every few days it re-reads your last two weeks and proposes up to three things it noticed. You accept or reject each.

What it gives back
Affirmations
Ten per check-in, each written with your goals, stressors and what has helped before. Each one says why it was written for you.
Check-ins
Once a day at most, timed to just before the hour your moods tend to dip, referencing something specific it knows.
Monthly letter
Two or three paragraphs looking back over 30 days, quoting your own words, shaped by your memory.
Your profile
“This is how FeelAI sees you”, in plain language, in Settings. Read it, edit it, delete it.
Why it compounds
The same mood. Six months apart.
Log “anxious” on day 1 and FeelAI has three answers to work with. Log it in month 6 and it has your patterns, your people, and what has actually helped.
- Day 1 What it knows: Your three answers: values, goals, stressors.
Anxious · note: “big presentation Thursday”
You chose confidence as something to build. Thursday is a place to practise it, not a test you have to pass.
Written for you because you said building confidence is a goal
- Week 2 What it knows: Six check-ins, two notes, one reply. First pattern proposed: “tense evenings after long meeting days.”
Tense · evening
The evening tightness after meeting days is something you have named now. Naming it is already loosening it.
Written for you because tense evenings have followed your meeting days
- Month 1 What it knows: Your first letter. What helped (walks, calling your sister), what triggered you (Sunday nights).
Anxious · Sunday
Sunday nights have been the hardest part of your week. Last time a walk before bed helped; it is allowed to help again.
Written for you because you said a walk helped after last Sunday
- Month 6 What it knows: A profile you have edited yourself. Patterns confirmed or rejected. A dozen replies. Six letters.
Anxious · note: “interview tomorrow”
You said the interview mattered because it is the first job you chose for yourself. That reason stays true whatever they decide.
Written for you because you told me why this job matters to you
Examples are illustrative. Every specific FeelAI writes must trace to something you actually recorded; it is not allowed to invent a detail.
The “written for you” line
It shows its work under every affirmation.
When memory shapes an affirmation, a short line underneath says what shaped it: a note you wrote, a stressor you named, a goal, a pattern. Twelve words, no more. If nothing specific applied, the line stays empty. That rule exists so you can always tell the difference between being known and being flattered.
Tired · Overwhelmed · note: “kids sick all week”
A week of looking after everyone is a week of doing the thing you said matters most. Rest is part of that job too.
Written for you because family is the first thing you listed as a value
Sad · Sunday evening
Sunday nights have been the heavy part of your week for a while now. You have got through every one of them so far.
Written for you because your mood has dipped on the last four Sundays
Your rights over it
The memory belongs to you, not to us.
These are written into FeelAI’s constitution, the document that governs what it may and may not do. The code enforces them; the prompts do not get a vote.
-
Visible

-
Editable
Add, correct or remove any item. Suggestions from pattern review wait for your yes or no.
-
Deletable

-
Never hostage
Cancel and your memory stays. It is never degraded or withheld to pull you back.
-
Never invented
Inference is allowed; fabrication is not. If it has nothing specific, it stays warm and general.
-
Never shared
Nothing traceable to you crosses to another user, to training, or to internal tooling.
What it will never do
No streaks. No guilt. No upsell when you are low.
- —It never mentions streaks, scores or how often you log.
- —It never speaks outside 9 am to 8 pm, and silence is always an option for it.
- —It never optimizes for opens, sessions or subscriptions. Those are forbidden as goals.
- —If it notices you leaning on it too hard, it steps back and points you toward real people.
- —It never uses distress as a moment to sell. Distress is when it is least commercial.
- —It never uses medical or diagnostic language, and never claims to be a therapist.
