1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing or using FeelScape (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of service
FeelScape is an AI-powered application that generates personalized affirmations, check-ins and reflections based on the moods and notes you log. It is a wellness companion. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional care.
3. Subscriptions
Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play at $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year (prices may vary by region), with a 3-day free trial where offered. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your store account settings.
4. User content
You retain ownership of the content you input. By using the App, you grant us a licence to process your inputs solely to provide the service. You agree not to use the App to generate content that is illegal, harmful or offensive, to infringe others’ rights, to reverse engineer the AI, or for unauthorized commercial purposes.
5. AI-generated content
Content generated by the App is created by AI. We strive for quality but do not guarantee it will meet specific expectations or be free from errors. You may use generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, features and underlying technology, is owned by vibe&code and protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, vibe&code shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
