Why several at once
Real states are mixtures. “Excited and nervous” before a first day. “Grateful and exhausted” after a family visit. FeelScape lets you log up to six moods per check-in and writes affirmations for the combination, which is where generic apps fall apart.
Notes, if you want them
Add one line about why: “presentation tomorrow, barely slept”. Free users get affirmations that respond to the note. Premium users get affirmations that remember it next week.
No streaks, no guilt
Streak mechanics make people feel worse so they come back. FeelScape’s companion rules forbid them. If you drift away after your first check-in, you get one gentle invitation back, and silence if you return on your own.
