By downloading, installing, or using SealDocs ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
SealDocs is a privacy-first document vault application that allows users to securely store, organize, and track expiry dates for critical documents such as passports, IDs, insurance cards, pet records, and business licenses. The App stores documents locally on your device in an encrypted database and offers optional cloud features.
You retain full ownership of all documents, images, and data you store in SealDocs. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the App's features (document scanning, organization, reminders, and AI assistant).
You agree not to use the App to:
SealDocs uses on-device text recognition (ML Kit) to scan documents. Cloud OCR and AI assistant features are optional and require your explicit consent for each use.
AI-generated responses (from the Sealy assistant) are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered legal, medical, or professional advice. Always verify important information with official sources.
SealDocs offers a free tier and a premium subscription. Premium features include unlimited documents and profiles, AI assistant, cloud backup, and data export. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The App, including its design, features, Sealy mascot, and underlying technology, is owned by vibe&code and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App. SealDocs is a document organization tool and does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your stored documents and meeting any legal deadlines.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, vibe&code shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed deadlines, expired documents, or data loss.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.
